Oval Yoga

I've been doing yoga sessions with Alonso for many years. Alonso is a great teacher, he is patient and ambitious at the same time, allowing everybody to follow, regardless of their levels of experience and skills. It's a weekly treat, can totally recommend.

This is an amazing yoga class! Alonso is wonderful - both tough, easy, very relaxing and it is obvious that he is super experienced. I highly recommend it to everyone interested in beginning yoga as well as to those who have been practicing for years :) Also, his sense of humour is great!

Alonso is an excellent teacher and I highly recommend this class. For me, the class is the perfect balance between relaxation, improving my yoga practice and a way to increase my core strength. I like Alonso’s precise posture descriptions and gentle and tailored instructions for everyone from beginner to experienced.

Alonso is a great yoga teacher, full of enthusiasm and serious about passing on his experience, but also knowing how to find the fun in our practice. He challenges us to explore our strengths, but always offers variations for those of us who are at different stages. I have been practising with Alonso for several years and really value the classes.
