  • Tanya is fantastic! I love that she focusses your training on using everyday movements and really goes out of her way to connect with you so you’re both on the same page about your goals and expectations. Tanya is honest, hardworking and loves to have a laugh - I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone searching for a PT!

  • I really enjoy training with Tanya and the PT sessions with her is what helps me stay sane during lockdown. She finds just the right approach and tone to push me and is very attentive to my preferences too. After each session I leave with a sense of achievement and new energy.
