  • Had first session with Matt today and honestly dont know why I didn't do this years ago. From the very first phone call Matt put my mind at ease with his fantastic knowledge of fitness training, we talked about my goals and what was achievable. I would highly recommend Out The Box to anyone not just for boxing training but for any kind of fitness and conditioning.
