A great sailing club, I learnt to sail here - RYA 1 & 2. They also have kids sailing courses, powerboat courses and safety boat courses. It's an RYA Sailability Centre of Excellence offering sailing to disabled people and schools too. It's a really friendly family sailing club in West Yorkshire.

A very friendly club that offers a lot. My sailing skills were very rusty, but I took some of their 'improvers sessions' with RYA qualified instructors and have become more confident. On windless days it is an incredibly relaxing place to kayak or paddleboard.

Membership is required, but a fab bunch of volunteers running the place. Although currently closed due to Covid, food and drinks are avaliable normally. An interesting place for sailing. The wind seems to come from everywhere, and keeps you thinking. Lots of training avaliable, and the original RYA Sailability center for sailing with disabilities. If you have any questions, get in contact in the website or Facebook. Someone will answer pretty quickly, though this is a volenteer run organi...

I have just completed my RYA Level 1 & 2 at the club and everyone involved have been fantastic. The course was excellently structured and all the Instructors were brilliant. I have since become a member of Otley Sailing Club and looking forward to advancing my sailing.
