Based in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, an area of high deprivation, the Osborne Partnership was incorporated as a ‘Company Limited by Guarantee’ in December 1997 and gained charity status in July 2001. Objectives As a charity our objectives centre upon: Relieving hardship Advancing education Developing capacity and skills of socially and/or economically disadvantaged members of our local community in Barking and Dagenham and its neighbouring boroughs. Our main focus is on the support of people who have a learning/physical disability or have mental health needs or other complex issues. We do this by providing support, information, advice and guidance across a range of training programmes and other meaningful activities which help our beneficiaries to identify their needs and enable them to fulfil their potential and participate more fully in society.
