Apparently they are prepared to rob the dead by not offering a refund to the widow of a deceased applicant who hadnt even started the module he paid for with them. Tha behaviour is utterly despicable so frankly I wouldn't trust anything about this outfit or the qualifications they issue, no morals or compassion. But windespread media exposure is now happening and we can only hope the damage to their reputation is worth the money they are withholding.

A man paid a lot of money to you and obviously had a lot of faith you and respect for you.... to repay that gesture would be lovely but to think that being dead is not a good enough reason NOT to complete a course is quite worrying and devastating to his widow..... WAY TO GO Origym centre, I'll leave the excellence bit off though if I were you.

They refused to refund a course because the person had died and could therefore not actually do the course.

Seriously, being dead isn't a sufficient reason to not be able to complete a class. You really won't give a widow a refund? He paid for levels 2 & 3 but wasn't able to complete level 2, you won't at least refund level 3, which hadn't even been started? He leaves behind a widow who will have big funeral expenses. Not very good business practices.

This company's lack of compassion and common sense is astounding. If they do not class the death as sufficient reason for a refund then I don't know what would be , badly done Origym
