I have been training with Jake now for nearly 3 months now. My weight has come down steadily, but more importantly this is the first time I have been able to stick to a regular gym routine for more than a few weeks. I've also noticed a massive difference in my fitness. I could barely jog anywhere before starting training with Jake, and now I go for a 5 mile jog twice a week. The sessions are really enjoyable and challenging, but Jake knows how hard to push, and when too much is really too muc...
