My experience with Personal Trainers is limited, but Ashley sets the bar insanely high. About 12 weeks in and about 10kgs down with no signs of slowing down. When I first began training. I Honestly thought I would not be able to do it. But im currently 8 weeks in. and lost 10.2 kg! That's a staggering amount. But ash gives you the push and motivation you need, if you are willing to put the hard work in, ash will get you the results you want, Honestly I would highly recommend ash to anyone.
