I have trained with Graham for over a year now and I am very happy with the results. He is not only very professional, inspiring and knowledgeable about body training and nutrition, but also super fun to talk to and a truly kind person. He helped me to improve my flexibility, gain mass, improve definition and eat better. Graham stands out among his peers as the one who is deeply interested in his clients’ wellbeing and is committed excellence. I can honestly recommend him.

Graham has been amazing with my workouts, I was hesitant as first as I was recovering from an injury and was unsure if this would be adaptable for the exercises. But Graham always found a way and helped me improve the strength back into my hip, if there is an exercise I can’t do there will always be an alternative ready for me. I trained with Graham from October 2019 to April 2020, including when he was living abroad. He really helped me get into weightlifting, and was hugely supportive despite my never having lifted weights and being somewhat intimidated by the weightlifting area. Graham is a fantastic trainer and has extensive knowledge in all areas of nutrition and fitness. He really understands the challenges I've had in the past when trying to implement a consistent exercise routine into my lifestyle and has therefore created a series of realistic and achievable goals for me which have allowed me to feel confident about my progress.
