I recently attended a really enjoyable macaron making class at the Open Bakery Cookery School in Kemp Town. Our teacher Bianka was fantastic and she taught us how to make really professional looking tasty macarons. The whole afternoon was a delight and I came away buzzing. Highly recommended.
The sausage rolls are something else lovely pastry and filling and certainly generously filled definitely worth buying one and I got a chewy white loaf and a cherry and almond tart and they offer NHS a discount.well worth a visit.
One of the best bakeries I've been too, seriously! The staff were very courteous and helpful. Food selection was lovely and there were quite a lot of vegetarian options. I only eat Halal meat so I got all the 3 kinds of vegetarian quiches. Absolutely loved them all! The pistachio raspberry cakes were worth the calories! Highly recommend when in Brighton 🙌
