  • I have been going to Onesixeight:fitness for nearly 3 years. The 30 minute PT sessions are great and the exercises are adjusted to fit all abilities. Becky and her PT instructors are always friendly and make the sessions enjoyable. Here's to the next 3 years.

  • As someone who dodges exercise at any excuse, training with Becky keeps me accountable and onesixeight is exactly what I need. Her sessions vary every time keeping it interesting and fun, and tailored to our needs. 30 minutes is the ideal length of time to fit into my day yet still feel like I’ve worked hard. She’s flexible to fit in around other commitments and it’s clear to see the progress I’ve made working with her. Thanks Becky!

  • I'd previously participated in running sessions with Becky some years ago but the small group PT sessions that I'm part of now are excellent. 30 minutes in a small group - max. 5, makes for a friendly & more personal experience. The instructors get to know you and your strengths & weakness - but still push you to the next level. I would highly recommend to anyone whatever level of fitness you are.

  • I started going to Onesixeight Fitness 2 years ago and have never looked back. My day is not the same if I haven't been put through my paces by Becky or one of her super friendly team. The 30 minutes sessions are just the right mix of strength, aerobic and toning and I genuinely look forward to our run sessions on a Saturday - especially the interval training.... did I just say that?! I have to say that it helps hugely that the small classes attract likeminded people.

  • I have been training with onesixeight for 18 months and have always been delighted with the personal approach that all the trainers bring to sessions. A 30 minute session doesn't seem much but a great set of exercise is squeezed in and over time you can really feel a benefit in health and wellbeing. The small classes are quite sociable and so you also make great friends whilst training!
