Regarding the one day 1st Aid in the workplace course. I found it a great update from previous courses taken elsewhere. The renewed advise on the use of tourniquets was particularly useful. The pacing was great and Nigel took the whole group through the topics in a very confident way.

The best First Aid training I've done in 20 years. I've dreaded these in the past as I found them very 'dry', heavy and serious, then I've left feeling overwhelmed and so struggle to retain the information. The online training was SO interesting- easy to follow, digest and review. The face to face was great- trainers were grounded, relatable, honest and rational. Gave us great tips and up to date info. The training was very helpful to us as a school. Nigel adapted the training for first aid issues linked to children and schools. It was well presented, clear with practical activities. It was up to date and Nigel gave us all time to ask questions relevant to our work.

Myself and 2 colleagues recently attended the first aid at work training, I have done this course for the last 18 years and I would say this was by far the best. Mike (the trainer) was informative, knowledgeable and we had a laugh along the way. It was a great group of people and Mike delivered the training so well. We will definitely return with Mike and I have recommended this to a few other people as well

Fantastic First Aid at Work training from Onelife Training. A comprehensive course package. Nigel delivered the material in a fun and engaging way with real life examples and scenarios.
