Omega Yoga & Sound Bath

This was my second experience of a Quantum sound healing session at the Omega Hub. It’s an immersive experience using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and much more. Ark was great at explaining what the session would entail and helping us relax into that healing journey. I honestly felt like my mind, body and soul felt well rested and a sense of calmness after the shamanic healing. I would definitely recommend this others, and I can’t wait to come again.

I was so impressed with the quantum shamanic sound bath. The event hosts really care about the important work they are doing to help people. I felt guided from start to finish. I will absolutely return for another session. I hope the rates will continue to be affordable so that this positive experience remains accessible for many to benefit from.

This was my first cocoa ceremony I did not know what to expect. However I had an awesome experience, I felt totally at peace within. It felt harsh having to return to the hustle of making my way home. I would attend again, and again. The host took time to explain exactly what was going to take place. How the cocoa was sourced and made. And it was a delightful drink with many soothing layers and depth. Thank you

This was my first time attending an Omega hub event and it was a great experience. I attended the Quantum Sound Bath. To start with the venue is a lovely space and has all the things you would need. The session itself was an impactful and healing experience in a safe space. I will definitely be back for more events.

Even two days later I can achieve stillness quicker while strangely still buzzing at the same time. The session was beautiful, relaxing and really tranquil. Having felt the modern world crowding in on all sides, this session has helped me to reconnect with what's important.
