Ollie is fantastic. Not only does he know his stuff, but he is a great motivator and a kind person. Ollie is an awesome trainer! He helped me really develop my technique with lifting - from being a complete newbie at the start I now love doing weights and notice the results! He is a top guy and very committed to helping people reach their goals. 10/10 recommend.

Ollie is absolutely fantastic at motivating you to push yourself but within the range of your abilities. He makes sure to keep the sessions engaging so you don’t get bored and you can track your progress. He’s a great guy and I highly recommend!

Fantastic! I’ve been training with OR Fitness since March and have benefitted hugely from training outside since the gyms have all closed due to Lockdown. I don’t see myself rejoining a conventional gym again. Ollie has pushed me to achieve my goals - weight loss and muscle growth - with a rigorous training regime and by educating me about my diet, which has proved highly successful.
