Old Bank Studios

Had the most amazing day at Old Bank Studios with my friend creating a textile landscape using machine embriodery under the expert eye of Bev. Such a relaxing fulfilling day topped off with a delicious lunch provided by Nigel. Enjoyed myself so much have already booked myself onto another craft workshop.

Old Bank Studio is my favourite place to go to do a workshop. They have the best tutors, you get an amazing lunch, the location is lovely, there is free parking nearby and you get Bansky cuddles as well! At lots of studios if you are not a regular you can feel like an outsider, this doesn't happen at Old Bank everyone is made to feel welcome and wanted.

I've done a few art workshops during the last two years and they've all helped me on my way to becoming an artist in varying degrees. However, the best of the lot, way and beyond all of them, is the service provided by The Old Bank Studios in Harwich, situated in a quaint part of the town. There is loads of space for participants to lay out their paints or craft materials in a very large room on the ground floor, loo and kitchen just a step away.
