I saw them in google and called them. An Asian man pick up the phone and without even asking anything telling me to pay by card details. It was funny when he even ask for £100 to confirm my place. I do not think they are professional rather they might be a scam. I decided not to go there for my OISC course. They seems fake and scammer. I suspect they are defrauding peoples money. If anyone got robbed by them- please report them to action fraud or police.

Hello, OMG, they are a scam and fraudsters. They just take monies and then no further information at all. I booked a course and all sweet talk was until I paid money. But once paid, I was not given time schedule, later I found that the office is closed and no proper trainer was there. Once I asked for refund there was no further communication. I want to report them to the authority. How come they are dodging people in this 2022 and during day light. Worse people, I curse them

Please do not book a course with them ,they offer you level 1 free if you buy level 2 and 3 then they give you level 1 training for level 2 and 3 there is no training. I have been waiting for more than 2 months to attend a course they keep postponing it .When I have complained along with other students they don't have the courtesy to reply. No reply no refund no training .. Very unprofessional and rude company .I will be complaining to the consumer trading standards and the legal ombudsman ab...

This company took my money, gave me a date for the course. I went there on the date and there was a building, where they usually rent the room, but on that day there was nothing happening. I contacted them and they said they changed the date of the course. I was not notified! Requested my money back as no other date was provided and they refused. Do not trust this company. The are scammers!!
