  • Iv just finished my first block of 6 sessions with Olga and I could not recommend her enough! Iv never really enjoyed the gym as Iv not felt confident or really known what I was doing but Olga had changed all that for me, she has given me a wealth of knowledge and confidence to use all the equipment in the past 6 weeks including meal plans an nutritional advice.   • I can’t thank Olga enough. I started training with her last year. Getting ready for my wedding. I struggle with keeping motivated and knew the only way was to get help. She is exactly what I needed to push myself further without risking injury (past back issues) I’m currently on my 2nd block of sessions and have lost 21lbs so far Olga also includes nutrition advice so it’s a whole package for the best results for each person.
