Oatlands Pool Swim School

My 6yr old goes here and has done since summer last year. His confidence has come on greatly since he’s been there and his instructors so far have been good at helping develop his water confidence. We travel approx 11mile to come here and don’t mind. Parking available on site. Enclosed Viewing gallery with vending machines for snacks & drinks. Reasonable sized unisex changing room with cubicles. Would recommend.

Brought my eldest here for lessons, just started but he loved it so far. Facilities are excellent. Update: 2 months in and kid still loves it, instructors are very good

Fantastic swim school, instructors are very knowledgable and work with each child to ensure they get what they need out of the lessons. Swim school is organised so well, Leanne and Stewart are very accommodating and work with parents to give the children the best experience they can. Facilities are top notch, well organised and clean. Best swim school in the Lisburn/Hillsborough area.

My son started his swimming lessons here and we were not impressed. From the minute you walk in there it is chaotic. The pool is not shallow so kids can not stand on their own. My son went to his first lesson as a complete beginner and was not even in the pool 10 minutes and got out petrified as he was struggling to stay afloat and took the instructor 10-15 seconds to realise. Lovely pool, great instructors, not the cheapest around but definitely value for money as group sizes are small. Perfect viewing gallery which is closed in, has vending machines, toilets and air con!
