Nice course with excellent range. Large bar area with friendly staff. Would have given 5 stars, but no food available on the day of a populer open competition.

Lovely golf course, in good condition, suffering a little from lack of rain, as most golf courses around the area have, but the greens and tees were well looked after. Enjoyed the day there

Had our wedding reception here recently (after getting married abroad). The staff and the service were incredible and so many of our guests said how amazing all the staff were. The chef was very accommodating and friendly and the food was delicious and great value. Everyone involved took the stress of the planning and it was smooth sailing all the way through! Over the past month I've play both the Admirals and Commander's courses. Both being a good test of golf. The members I came into contact with were very nice people a pleasure to be with. The bar and catering staff looked after us on both our visits with friendly efficient service. Pro-shop is well stocked and reasonable prices, the staff were also very good. I highly recommend a visit by all golfers, they can cater for all.

Nice course with a lot of elevation and decent enough greens……but a lot of the grass on a lot of the holes was bone dry which made things challenging. Sadly we booked as a 2 ball behind an entire golf society of 4 balls so the front 9 took us over 2.5 hours to complete. I know It happens and it’s not the fault of the course…..but there was no warning from the pro shop, which would have been nice as the average delay on each tee was 5 mins.
