I have been linking in to Zoe’s on- line sessions since August. The class lasts 45 minutes and is well-structured, starting with some gentle stretching, building to a more strenuous pace and ending with a short period of quiet relaxation. Zoe provides clear instruction, delivered with quiet authority. I have thoroughly enjoyed these classes and always feel energised yet relaxed when the session ends. Online yoga with Zoe has been perfect for me with a hectic London schedule. All I need to do is roll out my yoga mat and login! Each session Zoe adapts depending on how everyone is feeling so she may focus more on energising one week and balance the next. I always feel uplifted and happy afterwards, ready for the week ahead.

Set in beautiful countryside surroundings Zoe’s classes are essential for my weekly grounding. The yoga classes are limited to a small number which makes you feel safe and run outside if the weather is good. There are invigorating, stretching and relaxing classes available. I highly recommend it.
