Excellent personal trainer who has increased my fitness levels significantly over the last 12 months via varied plans and cardio routines and has very much increased my muscle mass. My chest has gone from 39" to 44", can't recommend him enough.
Excellent personal trainer, I started seeing Mick last year to get my fit to go into the army. I ended up breaking my leg and I’m now seeing Mick again to help me recover and get my fitness back to what it was before. Would definitely recommend
Mick created a bespoke beginner's regime aimed at improving my general fitness, weight loss and to help my amateur tennis game. He's pushed me to levels that i have even surprised myself.
He's always professional and happy to work around my working hours. Highly recommended.
