I had a fantastic experience with NAT I’ve always felt my health and mental well-being were put above everything else. The plans are flexible and have allowed me to socialise whilst making the right food and drink choices to continue my body transformation journey.

NAT has made such a difference to the way I view my diet and health. Since being on the plan I’ve lost over 11kg in 4 months and feel like a completely new person! I would highly recommend Natalie as she is so professional but friendly in her approach to dealing with clients!

I’ve absolutely loved working with Nat for all my workout plans over the past year! Not only has she helped me get stronger and fitter but I’m more confident in the gym because of her advice and support on how to do exercises I’m unsure of. The workout plans change every 6/8 weeks and it’s stopped me getting bored of the same exercises and has helped me enjoy going to the gym a lot more than I used to enjoy working out from home! I've been with NAT for 5 months now and she has completely transformed my workouts. She's very knowledgeable and I feel so much stronger and healthier. She's always happy to answer any questions I have and she's really motivated me to get fit. I would highly recommend!

I was very wary about going to the gym as I had gone a few years ago and not really enjoyed it as I had no plan or structure. Natalie has provided me with a fully structured workout plan, at first it was three workouts a week, glutes, upper and lower. After a while I asked if I could have a forth, as I realised I could easily fit another workout in, once my mindset had altered and she provided me with a full body workout.
