A fun, friendly and challenging bootcamp. It’s very inclusive and full of surprises (no two sessions are the same). The staff push you to do the best you can and give you a sense of achievement and enjoyment. I’ve been doing at least 2 sessions a week for over a year and it always makes me smile. Highly recommended if you want to get fit and strong and have fun.

Excellent bootcamp - Everyone is very friendly and it is a very good inclusive environment, no matter what your fitness levels are or who you are. Carl is very knowledgeable, motivating and always provides a brilliant session! If you are looking to hit your weight loss goals/ increase cardio and strength or tone up, you will definitely hit them (and quickly!) here but you have fun at the same time: win win!. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Carl!

Great bootcamp! Always different and varied classes for all abilities. The difference compared to other boot camps is sessions are small, personal and make you feel like you’re training with friends!

Such a great bootcamp carl and jason are top notch. We have great fun in every session. We have team nights out every few months to get to know each other and have fun. The vibe and team are fantastic and i look forward to coming every week. Great workouts, great fun and one great team. Thanks carl and jase 👍

A great session, it was hard work but in a perverse way enjoyable!! Carl and Jase kept us motivated and you can go at your own pace which was good as I done it with my 17 year old daughter. Going back as it’s giving me the drive to get back to the fitness level I should be at.
