Michael is super friendly and a fab PT. I was a complete beginner to the gym & he made me feel really comfortable and at ease despite my lack of experience. He’s patient & ensures you’re performing at your best. His humour also makes the session fly by :)

Michael is a lovely person and a really good trainer. He listened to all my concerns and what I wanted to achieve. He then talked me through my personal training plan. Anything I was not comfortable with doing, he amended. Michael always motivates me and I'm always learning from him. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.

Michael is a great PT, his knowledge is amazing, always teaching me new things. He has helped me a lot with my form and strength, making sure I eat all the right foods. His sense of humour is great, it’s what gets me through the sessions till the end, even when I don’t have any energy left he’ll crack a little joke or two ☺️

Michael was very vocal about helping me step by step and even provided me with support when creating a membership at the gym. He also provided me with a lot of useful resources to help me along my training journey such as specific goods that I could eat to support my training. I recommend his services to anyone that is looking into finding a personal trainer!
