I used to compete in karate at a high level but during uni I stopped working out altogether. Now that I have taken up karate again, Nick has been a very passionate coach that has gone out of his way to ensure that my training compliments my karate. After three months of almost all online coaching, not only am I feeling the improvements but also have been getting very positive comments from my karate classmates about my speed during sparring.

I’m currently on a 6 month transformation program with Nick. He is really helpful and definitely knows his stuff. Nick has adapted my training to suit my ankle due to an operation and he has also helped me with my rehab. Looking forward to the final outcome. So I worked with Nick for about 6 months. I am disabled, visually impaired but this was no trouble for nick. If I needed a workout tailored to my needs he just did it. Always willing to find an alternative. Nick kick started my fitness journey and got me back on track. He showed what I was capable of and how much I could push myself. The best decision you will make. Before I made the decision to contact Nick I was very un-happy with my weight, fitness. I had tried a lot of the usual diets that had worked initially but once you stop and lapse the weight creeps back on. I cycle, swim and walk with my dogs for exercise but my weight and fitness did not seem to improve.
