Paul is a pro-active trainer, who is constantly aware of my progress and looking for new ways to challenge me, always staying in line with my personal goals. In my sessions he not only works through a rigorous routine but is keen to advise me further on my diet and routine away from the days I work with him. Paul always leaves me feeling like I have worked very hard, yet positive and energised.

It has been a real pleasure training with Paul over the past six months. He's definitely not the shout-at-you-and-demand-another-ten-burpees type. Instead he's very personable and takes the time to understand not just your goals but, importantly, what you enjoy (or, as in my case, what you dislike the least in exercising) and then build a bespoke programme around that with plenty of nutrition and lifestyle advice thrown in for good measure. Paul is a very understanding and easy-going PT - but that doesn't mean he'll let you slouch! I have been training with Paul for a month and I have seen great results. He is really thoughtful and tailors his programs just for you.

What I really like about Paul's sessions is the variety. We get completely different routines each week that work different muscles and he also joins in which motivates me as I know he's suffering too!

Paul has been our PT at work for about 2 years now, and he's always been attentive, motivational and very friendly. His sessions are varied, interesting, challenging and the class always feel buzzing & energised every time! We are lucky to have such a great PT and we are all feeling the benefits of his classes :-)
