Can't speak highly enough of this gym. The coaches are impeccable and are fantastic tutors and roll models for the children. My daughters love it here and are flying with the help of all the amazing dedicated staff.

First visit with my 5 year old grandson since before the pandemic. He had a great time. Marvellous value at £5 for a 45 minute session of free play on the gymnastics equipment.

We took our son who loves gymnastics to a trial here at the weekend. he loves gymnastics, we traveled an hour for him to get some experience in a different setting. Josh wrote us a kind mail giving us feedback on our sons performance on the day and although he didn't get in, said that the door wasn't closed and he would see him again in 6 months. The fact that Josh took the time to reply despite training goodness knows how many kids really meant a lot. 5*.

Adult freestyle, e.g. Practice for Basic gymnastics, to advanced, to floor work, parkour, freestyle dance, rings, vaults, parallel bars, a frame, 2 sponge pools for flips/moves, beams, pommel horse, etc Adults Monday and Wednesday 8:15pm-10:15pm £10 a session for whole gymnasium use or £30 for 4 sessions within the calendar month. £60 for calendar month. Check with tutors and/or the club. A great mix of people and styles go each mon/wed 🤸‍♀️ Kids sessions also, just enquire.

My son is very pleased to train along with the Notts Gymnastics team. I can strongly recommend to choose this team. Their gymnasts have been selected to compete at the European Championships and many more in the past with flying achievements!
