Northside Surf School

John and his wife were very welcoming. They were very keen to teach the kids surfing. A great family activity on a beautiful beach.

My son and I enjoyed our surf lesson. Friendly instructors. Came away from the lesson having had great fun.

I had a fantastic afternoon paddle boarding from Amble to Warkworth along the River Coquet and back again. Jon and the staff were first class instructors and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be doing it again! 😀👍

My first time on a paddle-board and it was made easy by Jon's expert knowledge and teaching skills. We had a great laugh and were out on the water for 2 hours but it didn't seem like it because time flew by! All equipment was provided by Jon, just bring a towel!! Highly recommended. Cheers Jon 👍🏻

We took three lessons with these guys and had a blast. They had great local knowledge and even when the waves weren't that good it was fun. We're looking forward to returning in September. A huge thanks to John and Co for (re)introducing us to surfing.
