Northern Snooker Centre

A regular haunt of mine. A great, relaxed spot for a casual game of American or English Pool (I haven't tried snooker). Plenty of space and tables but still gets busy on weekends. Drinks aren't too pricey. There was a great food menu before the change in management, but I can't say anything about the new menu other than it is more varied and a little more expensive. I haven't eaten anything from it yet. Live TV available. Cues are the quality you'd expect: well used.

Great tables with only minor were and tear, as expected though. Staff always happy to help, especially Sean who has always been friendly and respectful even since I’ve started going regularly. Overall a great place with great staff

Recently started to go there to play some pool every now and then and I really like the place. Atmosphere is nice, customer service on very good level. Big thank you to Sean who works there. I'm definitely coming back.

Go here quite regularly and will be a regular for years to come. Good vibes with very polite and friendly staff as well as good condition tables! Bit pricey as you can just go to a pub and play for an hour with a few quid so you’ve got to weigh it up.. I myself as a female would rather not be surrounded by boisterous men in a pub waiting around for the table to be free so I’d rather pay a bit more and have the table to myself and friends for however long we want while everyone just minds thei...

I have visited here for many years on occasion and have started to use it regular with my teenage kids. Staff have been there years, friendly and busy with a large bar area both inside and outside showing Sky sports and serving decent food at good prices. Snooker downstairs 30 tables with a few pool tables, average price £14 for 2 hours. Upstairs American pool bar again large, toilets and bar on both floors. My Kids and mates love it for something to do for a few hours. Highly recommend.
