Northern Microlights

I cannot recommend Northern Microlights enough. Learning to fly has been an incredible experience. The instructors are extremely thorough, patient and make you feel safe. Their experience and knowledge are absolutely second to none. If you’ve ever dreamt of flying this is the place to start!

I love learning to fly! With COVID and winter weather it has taken a while but getting closer having now done 2 solo flights. Graham is very patient and when learning new skills explains, demonstrates, does them along side you and then you try yourself, that has been a great way to learn for me. The club at the airfield is very welcoming with experienced pilots inviting newbies on fly outs helping to keep motivation going!

I am currently learning to fly with Northern Microlights and can honestly say I am having the time of my life. My instructor Graham has a mountain of knowledge and experience and his instruction is excellent. I would highly recommend Northern Microlights if you are thinking of learning to fly.
