This is not open to the public. I visited to dig horse manure for my garden. Horses are stabled here but this is no longer a riding school

Was very unhappy when my friends dog was electric shocked on the horse field fence which is close to the footpath near Ivel Springs ! There are no warning notices that it’s a electric fence ! This needs to be sorted and the public need to be made aware so they don’t touch it
