Not Professional at all. Techniques used to "train" are definitely not praise related. This "trainer" uses abrasive and fear related techniques. Also the use of withholding food to the point dogs are starving. Please do not use if you love your dog and you dont want your dog to become fear aggressive.

Nicolas truly understands dogs. We have a 1- year old labrador as a family pet and had been having trouble with his near-constant pulling on walks, to the point where it was getting exceedingly tiring and ceasing to be fun. 2 hours with Nicolas and we saw results almost immediate. We were genuinely blown away and are now equipped with the knowledge and skills to control our dog with confidence. Would most definitely recommend.
