Naomi is a really knowledgeable and skilled personal trainer with a wide range of training techniques. Naomi is really motivating and encouraging and will help you to achieve your fitness goals by working with you to develop a programme based on strength and bodyweight exercises. Naomi will listen to what you want to get out of the sessions and create workouts with you at the centre. I really recommend training with Naomi to achieve your goals in a fun and motivating setting.

Naomi is truly an expert PT, I have been doing sessions with her for 2 years and in this time have built up so much strength and confidence in my training. I have been training with Naomi for over 2 years and cannot recommend working with her enough.
