I can't recommend Nikki highly enough. She's absolutely fantastic. In the six months we've worked together, I've lost weight and gained strength, mobility, and confidence in my body. In 6 sessions Nikki managed to change my attitude towards exercise for life! I told her before we started that I did not run and would not run. By the second session I shocked her by asking her if I could run instead of walk on the treadmill. Nikki is a dream. I can't really tell you how much I got from our short time together, and if I was able to I'd have signed up for much longer with her. Nikki's personal story gave me so much strength. As someone who is struggling to get fit and feeling the health impacts of it, Nikki was the only one who believed in me - more than I did myself! I contacted Nikki in August 2016 as I wanted to strengthen my muscles and needed some nutritional guidance. I thought I was eating relatively heathily but didn't realise what nutrients I was missing.
