Been attending this dojo for 12 years now and they never fail to disappoint! The Senseis are always helpful, clear and provide a safe environment to learn and train Martial Arts.

My child has been learning kickboxing here. It is a really supportive and fun environment for him. The Senseis teach in a really inspiring way.

Started at Niedo kickboxing just a little over a year ago and I can honestly say I'm hooked. The Senseis are welcoming, very knowledgeable and friendly but don't underestimate their smiles, they are tough and will help you push you beyond your limits no matter what level of fitness you have. Honestly, my favourite time of the week is my Niedo class! The Sensei's are challenging, supportive and encouraging - even though I go to a group class, I often feel I have had a personal trainer workout experience. It really is an incredible workout and great fun! Our whole family has been going for training sessions.
