  • I have been attending Jo's Pilates classes for over 18 months now, having only ever done a little bit of yoga and I would highly recommend her classes. I have seen an improvement in my balance, core strength, general mental wellbeing and I have significantly reduced back and hip discomfort which I used to suffer from. Jo is highly skilled at challenging and progressing you as an individual and her classes are well thought through each week.
