Nicky has been my PT for just under two months, helping to iron out various niggles and teaching me new exercises. Nicky is intuitive, inspiring and encouraging in her approach and a lovely person to be taught by. Fully recommend her massages, too.

We’ve been working with Nicki for a few years now and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness. We train as a couple, both in person and remotely, and Nicki tailors the sessions to our individual needs. I've been trained by Nicki on & off for a number of years now, pre & postnatal work. More recently the online remote training which actually worked really well. She is a joy to work with. I had a series of PT sessions with Nicki during the last lockdown and I even had the chance to train with her in person (at 2 m apart). Her couching and support was the main thing that kept me going, both physically and mentally during those short dark days in isolation. As a total newbie to strength training, I appreciated her gentle approach that comes from a place of empathy and genuine desire to share the joy of movement.
