This is my 3rd year at sendai I find this club a very friendly place to train the instructors are allways there to help and listen to you I would recommend this club to eny one

Excellent club. Friendly, welcoming and great standard of training. Traditional syllabus mixed with relevant techniques for self defence. Would recommend for beginners through to the advanced student.
