After being told I would not be test ready this year, from a previous instructor, I moved to New Starters. My instructor, Jess, had the patience of a Saint. Because I was a nervous driver and took me out driving for a few lessons and gave me a couple pointers. A few weeks later I was booked in for my test, passed first time. I could not recommend a better instructor to teach drivers. She is a credit to the company. Thank you

After several bad experiences with other companies I decided to go with New Starters. Not only were they incredibly proactive, reliable and efficient but my instructor Lorna was absolutely amazing: accommodating, friendly, patient & knowledgeable. She got me through my test first time with 16 hours worth of intensive lessons. Absolutely recommend!

I was traumatised by previous lessons in Yorkshire and almost gave up, but my new instructor Lorna completely changed my attitude toward driving! Lorna was always very positive & patient. She helped and supported me to build and maintain my confidence at my own pace. She also clearly explained things, so that I was not left confused after lessons!
