I attended New Ground over the weekend for a seminar, I have to say I have visited many BJJ gyms all over Ireland and New Ground is definitely in my top 3. The building itself is quite unique and situated in ideal location with parking and food places nearby. The conditions of the gym are extremely hygienic. The coaching staff are among the most warm and welcoming that I have encountered and they made everyone feel part of the New Ground experience. I will definitely be coming back any time...

Fantastic gym! Super convenient location with plenty of parking near by, the mats and facilities are second to none and are always kept extremely clean. The 3 coaches lead by example always expanding and growing their knowledge of BJJ. The instruction is fantastic and the coaches really care about the students learning and having fun while doing so. This really is a gym/team for everyone. Whether your just looking to try out a new sport and get into shape or if you want to complete at the hig...

A cutting edge city centre gym. No expenses spared here - a fantastic mat space, near-by parking and all the required facilities. Great place to train in the evenings or over the lunch break during the week. Most importantly an amazing atmosphere created by the coaches and members with their approach to training and community driven ethos. If you are visiting Belfast or looking to start your BJJ journey, get in contact!

Beautiful set-up right in the city centre. Easy to get to with lots of parking near by. Family friendly, welcoming and most importantly, good training! Coach Simon also has the best hair in Belfast. If you want to train BJJ in Belfast, this is the place!
