Very welcoming place, very inclusive, everyone is welcome. I like there are very experienced staff who can give you advice, but you can if you want just do your own thing. You never have to wait for equipment and the whole place has a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I have recently joined New Energy Gym having overcome years of chronic pain. After a period of fascia stretching with an expert at the gym and having purchased/attended gravity classes, I decided to join as a member. The joining process from registration to starting classes has been seamless. I have had to change my membership a few times and Adam has been both patient and understanding whilst I found the membership that best suited me. I joined this gym about 3 weeks ago after relocating to Winchester. This gym provides a great combination of fitness classes and being able to gym on your own. It has a nice personal touch to it as it's an independent gym. Really enjoying the gym and the classes.

I was welcomed by all of the staff at New Energy Fitness from the moment I stepped in the door. The generous and modern facilities are kept clean and in order. All of the instructors seem very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy the option of using the outdoor equipment which many gyms don't have. A friendly bunch of other gym users. 1 minute walk from Winchester center.

Easily the best gym ive been to - equipment and variety of classes is great (including an outdoor gym) but it's the people who work there that make the difference. The trainers and instructors are very knowledgeable and they care as much about you achieving results as you do. My understanding of equipment / exercises and how to get results is much greater after a few months here than years at bigger gyms / chains.
