honestly one of the best things i did was signing up for this 12 week programme - not only is the exercise great but it’s made me look at food in a different light - it’s changed my relationship with food and how i look at food. i never thought it would actually happen but it really has. really enjoying the workout sessions and stacey and ella are fantastic. i would 100% recommend to anyone even considering. it really really works. thanks so much guys x

I am 2 weeks into a 12 week weight management course which improves fitness, nutrition and wellbeing and enjoying it very much. Lovely and knowledgeable staff and a very attractive, well-equipped facility.

Just started a 12 week course at New Beginnings. The facility is very well equipped. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Stacey and her team have certainly created a warm and safe environment where people can feel comfortable about improving their fitness and wellness.

We’ve been attending for about 8 weeks. By far the best place to be in Scunthorpe for your mental health & wellbeing. I have learned so much about my health than any gym. Stacey & Damien are fantastic!!!! I’m loosing weight, getting fitter and most importantly I feel the best I have ever been. Thank You 🙏🏽 Highly recommend. 💪🏾

New Beginnings works on your body BUT, more importantly, it works on your mental wellbeing too. The space is very female friendly. The staff are experts in their field. I have punished and neglected my physical well being for years and, just after 3 weeks Stacey and the other women have made me begin to enjoy exercise and celebrate what my body can do.
