Neon School

A gift from my wife lead me into the mysterious world of Neon with the Master of his art, Andy Doig. A truly skilled Artisan, that made me feel relaxed from the outset. A two day course, quickly settled me into learning the conversion of rigid glass tubes into fluid and amorphic forms, within a very short period. Attentive in his tuition, my ability culminated in a unique piece of Neon and alchemistic memories.

I’ve always had an interest in neon but had no experience in anything like this before. The two day course throws you into bending glass and creating your own designs. Andy is patient, kind and makes you feel at ease immediately. The studio and surrounding beach is beautiful. A totally unique and creative experience.
