I've been going to Kristy's classes for about a year and the regular weekly movement has meant that I no longer need to visit the osteopath each month. I stand more upright, walk more smoothly and move more comfortably. She is aware of my condition and, where necessary, will tell me how to modify the movement for me. She does this for each person in the class. We aim to build strength and flexibility without stressing the body or causing pain. Give her classes a go - nothing ventured, nothing...
