I went to Andy after a long period of zero exercise so I was slightly apprehensive but he put me at ease straight away and after 4 weeks I couldn’t believe the difference in my physique and well-being in general. Andy seemed to instinctively know when to push me and when to ease off slightly so I felt I was always near my limits but without the sessions becoming unenjoyable. Had a few personal trainers over the years and Andy’s sessions are definitely the best I’ve had. Very in tune with my goals, quick to identify what muscle groups need more focus, and always has solutions to improve my form in all areas. Went from deadlifting 40kg with bad form to 100kg with great form in about 6 weeks, which of course I was stoked with! Would 100% recommend 💪

Andy is a really professional and helpful trainer. He has helped me and my brother with our fitness goals. Hes always happy to explain or go through any questions we have. He has also been brilliant helping me correct my eating patterns and has helped teach me the correct approach to lose weight and be healthy. I would definitely recommend him if your looking for a professional, helpful trainer. 😊

Andy is amazing to train with! I did 2:1 PT sessions with a friend and he kept the sessions challenging for both of us. He is kind and compassionate and I was seeing result quickly, highly recommend working with him.
