I take my 12yr old son here. Firstly to learn self respect and gain some confidence in himself, the right way. The gym environment is perfect for kids. There's all ages and levels mixing. My son has good peers and role models around him in this environment. Top club and Top facilities. From children to adults, male and female all there for one purpose and that is to box. Head coach Garry Cave is a fantastic coach with many years of boxing experience. It's a well equipped gym with plenty of training nights and plenty of coaches. All they ask of you is to turn up and put in 100% All equipment provided all you need to bring is a gum shield, hand wraps and a water bottle.
