National Breakdown

We hit a pothole on the M6 motorway heading for Manchester airport on the early hours of 16 th of March , visibility poor due to torrential rain and waterlogged roads ! Did not see pothole and then developed a puncture had to pull off the motorway and we contacted the National Breakdown number . Very helpful at a big time of need. Glen was great and kept us calm and was very helpful in finding a solution. Great customer service will definitely use again if needed. Got an agent out to us within an hour.

Had a puncture and called for assistance. The call was answered promptly and the mechanic arrived in about an hour, 15 minutes before the estimated time. He fixed quickly and we were on our way. A very good service.

Aleeha who I spoke to was great, very informative and friendly and helped me as much as she possibly could. The recovery truck came 1 hour early which is a bonus. Very happy with the service they provided

Called 2 weeks ago when car was stuck on an ice road and they wouldn’t send anyone out so complained. In the end spent 40 mins clearing the road of ice and some helpful passes by got me out. Tyre blew today and was worried they’d find another reason not to recover me but thankfully all went well. Speedy and efficient on the phone and Simon on pick up was a nice bloke!
