I had never picked up a guitar before and I’m not particularly musical but had always wanted to learn . I started with Neil 11 months ago and not only can I play a couple of songs, I have an understanding of how to read music, chord progressions and general musical terms! Neil is a brilliant guitarist and teacher, tailoring lessons to your specific goals. He is extremely patient and ensures you learn to play the guitar and not just learn to play a song! Quality guy highly recommended.

His relaxed and encouraging style has made me enthusiastic about learning to play onc...

I have been playing a while but got somewhat stuck in a rut but Neil has brought my playing on no end. He is a knowledgeable and patient teacher who finds a way to bring out the best in your playing. Whether a novice or more experience looking to move to the next level, Neil is your go to guy.

Neil is great guitar teacher, endless patience but has the manner to drive you forward. A real nice guy too, really helped with my strumming patterns and brought out songs that I had been playing a long while into a better style. Definitely recommend him.

I appear to be quite dyslexic when trying to understand notes or even tabs, so again this was a challenge in itself I turned to Neil for some basics around music/chords etc. He listened and understood my predicament, and based his teaching around it, using charts to guide me. It made things much easier for me to take on board. Neil also looked at my techniques of playing, both fingerst...
