Nadia is a lovely and fabulous yoga instructor. Her classes are fun and inclusive, so that it doesn't matter if you're new to yoga or not you'll find her classes extremely enjoyable. Her classes are always full of positivity, once you attend one you will definitely practice with Nadia again 😊.

Nadia is the best yoga teacher I’ve had. She is knowledgable and experienced but also gentle and compassionate, especially with beginners. I would recommend her classes to anyone. She uses familiar vinyasa flows alongside more challenging poses which vary week by week, and she always makes time for relaxation and an (optional) breathing practice at the end of class. Nadia is a wonderful yoga teacher! Always smiling and supportive, she shares some good vibes during the practice and makes you comfortable whatever your yoga level is. The quality of the teaching is excellent, and the atmosphere of the practice is serious, but fun and friendly! This yoga session is a true haven of peace and a great moment of positive energy that helps the mind and the body to reconnect and find a good balance after busy or sometimes stressful days.
