Founded in 2021, MyEirene is a mindfulness company that will include a mobile app. It is being created with the aim of helping people live more in the present, relieve stress, anxiety and other distresses that have negative effects on their overall wellbeing via holistic means. We want to help you bring back your momentum, your motivation, your inspiration, your passion. The spark that ignites you. At MyEirene, we understand that everyone is unique and thus requires different methods to achieve similar goals, such as relieving stress. Therefore, MyEirene will collate various types of mindfulness practices under one umbrella, so that our clientele have better access to a wide variety of choices, and therefore can discover what practices work best for them. So if meditation does not work best for you, here you have the option to simply shift lanes and try another kind of mindfulness.
